As part of the MastersCamp x Schbang Consultancy Quest, I took on the challenge of not just analyzing, but genuinely improving a real brand’s performance. I reached out to Innerfix, a wellness and nutrition company focused on lab-tested, research-backed products.
From our first interaction, I aimed to bring both clarity and strategy.
I began by auditing their website, identifying gaps in navigation, content, and brand storytelling — and then delivered actionable solutions. Moving forward, I conducted a deep SEO gap analysis, followed by a detailed SEO blueprint with over 100 high-intent keywords, alongside a blog calendar with targeted topics, keywords, and structure.
To further elevate their presence, I built out Google Ads and Meta Ads strategies, and also presented offline marketing ideas to build community and trust. I also conducted a financial metric review, with forecasting models for pricing and ad spend based on business goals.
On the content front, I created a comprehensive content strategy and calendar, tailored to the brand voice and buyer psychology.
To document the process and make it more immersive, I also created a vlog — capturing my approach, thought process, challenges, and solutions.
This wasn’t just a project — it was a live business transformation exercise. I’m grateful it was selected as the winning entry in the challenge, validating the impact it created.
